Bricks an sand delivered but no bricklaying started

We have been waiting over a month for our bricklayers, we are not happy one bit!  With only two weeks till Christmas I hope they get a move on our site supervisor just keeps stringing us along, one more week one more day! So disappointed! 

Frames and windows completed

Frames, windows and roof trusses competed last week, now we are waiting for the bricked to finish up the house behind us.. The bricking was supposed to start last week so I hope they are nearly done so ours can start this week :) 

Second level frames up

On Wednesday we seen that our frames where put up, looking good  

1st floor frames up

First floor frames went up on Friday the 7 nov, looking so good sorry for the bad photo from my hubby 

Slab done

Very excited our slab was done today! For our wisdom majestic home! 

Waffle pods and pre slab req done

Waffle pods and pre slab requirements are all done Tuesday is slab day :) progress moving well so far can't wait to celebrate! 

Plumbing done and waffle pods delivered

Happy to see that the plumbing has been done! Waffle pods next step then slabaroo for us! 

Piering and slab preparation

Was happy to see that today they have started foundations for our slab..we should expect slab to be done by Tuesday :) 

Excavation done

Excavation is done! Looking good so far hope things keep moving :) 

Production estimation completed

Yesterday we received an email stating that Production estimation have completed our file and we have been moved to construction stage! Unfortunately they haven't excavated as yet they said tomorrow if the rain holds out fingers crossed 

Personalised House number ordered

I know it's rather soon to order our house numbers but at takes a month or so and ordered ours today as I seen a special :) 

Site fence

Went past our block today and happy to see that our site fence went up 

Portaloo has arrived

Out portaloo was delivered :) finally something!! Haha 

Production estimating

We received an email stating our file has moved from Customer Service Admin to Production Estimating, woohoo and that we should expect something to happen on site within one week. Gate, loo and excavation first up

End panel received

Got our hands on the final end panel and construction plans singing tomorrow and hopefully we can get moving :) 

Final documents still not completed

13th day still no documents! They said its a 10-15 day process! This is the third week council can approve your documents before these guys at wisdom can, hopeless! 

Our block has been pegged!

I was so excited to see our block pegged this morning :) finally some progress! 

Bank approval

We received our bank commencement letter :) just waiting on wisdom homes now.. 

Draft end panel signed

We have reviewed our end panel draft, and signed it today. Our cso has ordered our construction plans this is a 10-15 process :( why so long!!! And then our file is put into estimating. Now long now 😀

CDC documents sent to bank for final approval

Sent all required documents to bank yesterday, 3-5 day for approval should have out end panel by Monday to sign too, make sure you keep on top I wisdom admin, ensure all documents are signed and sent back on time. We ha e a really great cso, that is very helpful and knowledgable!
